Anyone know the story behind the intro of Dragnet Drag (live) off The Scarlet Thing in You single? What I'm talking about is the intro where Peter says, I hope you enjoyed this as much as we didn't. Or am I not hearing it right?

Just sounds like a typical low-level Peter Murphy onstage tantrum (which I enjoy, by the way). I remember seeing him play "Shy" on the Deep Tour and when it was done he said "Well, that was shit but thanks anyway!" I'm not sure I've ever seen him play, either solo or with Bauhaus, where he didn't complain about something or yell at someone during the show.

In Dallas after the Bauhaus show, the roadies were outright mocking him for it. They were mimicking him in a preening, prissy manner, whining in a faux-British accent, "This ice is too cold! My water's too wet! This air is too air!" and laughing.
