WOXY FM, a radio station in southwest Ohio is having a charity auction of an autographed Bauhaus promo poster that has been dry mounted. It's been signed by all 4 members and the 100% of the auction proceeds go to both the Cancer Family Care and The Humane Society of the United States. As you some of you may remember, during the rehearsal period for the Wild Birds 2000 tour, Peter co-wrote two songs for the then fledging Rambient project of Peter Distefano and Harry Gregson Williams. So Many Worlds is scheduled for an August 7th release and features both We Dive and Idle Flow, written by the trio. So Many Worlds will be available on both CD audio and DVD format release. The DVD contains a bonus filmed interview of Peter in Turkey, where he lives. For more information you can visit the Rambient site.

Also, David J will be hosting his own club night!

David has teamed up with DJK to start a new club night in LA. The Departure Lounge will be at The 3 of Clubs, 1123 N. Vine St., Hollywood. CA. The opening night will be on Wednesday June 20 and there will be no cover on this special night. The music will be the usual blend of eclectic styles but will lean more towards a cool down tempo mood.

As well as the illustrious DJs, the club will feature installation by various contempory artists, the first being the sublime glass and light sculpture of Scott Saw.

We have a new merchandise vendor - Hellbomb.com! They will be carrying most, if not all of the merchandise we carried at our previous vendor. They will also be hosting a benefit in Cleveland for a charity of Kevin's choice - there will be rare Love and Rockets as well as Bauhaus memorabillia. More info will be given closer to the date. But in the meantime, start shopping!

Messy, the musical partnership of Kevin Haskins and Doug DeAngelis, are currently recording and compiling their first CD that will be ready for a summer release. Some more David news for you:

David will be DJing at The Beauty Bar, 1638 Cahuenga Blvd. LA on Thursday, May 10. Admission is free. David will man the wheels of steel from 10pm to 2am.

Also, David will be making his first live solo acoustic appearance in Japan on Sunday June 3 at Club24, Yokohama. The show is being promoted by "discover David J", the official Japanese fan club. You can find out more information at the fan club's site for tickets and other information. While you are on the site, look around at the rare photos of Peter, David, Kevin and Daniel on there!
