From: Sellers Burgener As the members of Bauhaus
reach middle age I think that their message to the world will be
much more well-realized. Many see a band getting back together at
their age to be something embarrassing or pathetic. It is just the
opposite with Bauhaus. The wisdom that they possess now in their
forties (into their fifties) will bring their music closer to what
it's meant to be.(plus Pete will look really cool as a wizened old
man one day) |
From: My Little Girl What I see for Bauhaus in the new millennium: Yesterday's chronicles will forever haunt the masters. Their soul's have already been entwined with their flocks. A new level of conciousness will materialize, and we will see the rise of existential thoughts. The plague of mankind will be changed. |
From: Paul Wilson not a complete set of bauhaus records then? that's a bit raw |
From: Mudrewicz Marcin I think, guys from Bauhaus should check their guitars if they are y2k compliant. |
From: ajohansen When the world ends in the year 2000, Bauhaus will play at the top of the world's highest mountain and eveyone in the world will be able to see them. All the Bauhaus fans will look up and say, "Fuckin right!" and everyone else will cry because they don't understand. |
From: Gavin Lees With the advent of the new millennium, 1980 will officially be "20 years ago". What does this mean for Bauhaus? They will attain that accolade of "Classic Rock". In the 80s it happened to the Beatles and the Stones, and in the "zeros" it'll happen to Bauhaus... Expect much Goth Nostalgia! |
From: Alejandro Noe 01/01/2000 big concert, high and bigger stage, only white flash lights, many watts, everybody (including them) in white tie or dressed complete in white and a enormous sign with the words BAUHAUS WHITE AGE 00. Well....what do you think about it? |
From: emelbye What does the new millennium have to offer Bauhaus? What does Bauhaus have to offer the new millennium? |
From: brassneck when buffalo lift to majestic gait blades of grass will weep in the jerman crater of disillusionment and dissolve while angry cockatoos squawk at the moon and juvenile jesters lay plaintive in the groove the sound of oedipus rex twitches and chides and the call in Bauhaus will surely rise |
From: Steve Fehl Hello!! I see Bauhaus being THE band!! I know they have always been THE BAND!!! but in the year 2000 i think they will be the only band that everyone will try & copy more and more...but will always sound terrible!! so Bauhaus will push every other band in 2000 far away, and be #1 as they always have been!!!!!! |
